Rendered his able service as Sub Sollector of Trichur and Tellichery, Managing Director of Civil Supplies Corporation, Deputy Secretary, Collector of Kottayam, Director of Public Instruction, Director of Communications, Secretary, Department of Co-operation, with remarkable efficiency . He was born in 1950 as the son of Joseph Kappalumakkal. Family-wife and two children.
